Stylish staff boost scanner appeal

Thanks to Sam Davison intensive care unit charge nurse at the Friarage and Richard Boucher business development manager from local company MI Supplies, a stylish new top is available for staff, and the Friarage MRI scanner appeal has received a welcome boost.

The smart navy fleece can be personalised with staff’s names and the different wards and departments they work on promoting the hospital and staff and ward unity.

Staff from Allerton, Romanby and Gara ward, intensive care and clinical decision units, kindly donated money to the scanner appeal when they bought their fleeces raising £25, and MI Supplies generously donated £50.

Richard said: “We are delighted to support a local good cause which will benefit local people.”  Further details or email
